Do not trust their “2 year warranty” that they promote. I purchased a bracelet from Magal Jewelry and followed all of the care instructions carefully. Despite that, it completely fell apart in less than a month. For a company that advertises a two-year warranty, I expected much better quality and support.

When I reached out, they told me I’d have to pay $35 to have it restrung even though it was clearly a quality issue, not wear and tear. On top of that, customer service was incredibly slow to respond and ultimately offered no real help. They also couldn’t clearly explain their so-called warranty policy, which feels misleading at best.

Overall, I’m really disappointed in both the product and the experience. I won’t be purchasing from them again. With numerous companies making the same product, I would search for a company with better quality jewelry and one that holds up to their warranty standards that they promote.

What really made my shopping experience awesome was the attentive customer service. I got a message thanking me for my order, and it hit me that I hadn’t opted for their gorgeous packaging. I shot a text back, not sure if anyone would respond, and within minutes, I got the green light that they’d include it with the lovely necklace I bought for Mother's Day. Plus, a cool bonus is that they’re planting a tree in my name! When my order was all set and on its way, they texted me again with the tracking info. I feel like I’ve made some friends here. Thanks a bunch!

The necklace fell apart into a million beads in less than a month. I managed to keep the little diamond, but the rest was ruined. Total waste of cash.

Steer clear of this company! Their return policy is super misleading—just take a look. At first glance, it seems like returning items is a breeze, but if you dig a little deeper, you'll find that anything on sale can't be returned. And guess what? Their stuff is ALWAYS on sale, so good luck getting a refund. The customer service is terrible too. I tried to get my money back for some jewelry I wasn't happy with (honestly, it looked cheap and was way overpriced). They refused to refund me since I bought it on sale. I even suggested they put the no-return policy for sale items right at the top of their return policy. Just do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else! Bottom line: always on sale means no refunds!

The delivery of our gifts for Mother's Day was a bit behind schedule. I got a heads-up and was assured it would arrive soon. And guess what? It did!! The communication was clear and comforting! Everyone was super quick to respond. I even thought, why not get one for myself? Thanks a bunch!

I got the circle necklace with engraving for Mother's Day. The engraving is super faint; I honestly thought they forgot to do it. After a good squint, I can make it out, but it’s so light that nobody else will notice it. It’s definitely not like the pictures on their site where the letters are clear. Feeling let down.

I never got an email letting me know my order was on its way, so I had to keep checking. It took over three weeks, and then it just showed up out of the blue. The confirmation said I’d get a shipping notification, so what gives? When I finally opened the package, I found it scratched, the engraved names were hard to see, and the gold pendant had some silver spots instead of being fully gold vermeil. I can’t believe I forked out more than $100 for this piece of trash. I’m really embarrassed to give it to my mom, and now I’m out of time to find something else before Mother’s Day. I totally understand why there are reviews saying this company is a joke and that their products don’t match what’s advertised.

My order got held up because they were short on materials. They informed me immediately and offered to let me cancel if I wanted. Thankfully, I wasn't rushing for it. I've got several items from this brand, and I really dig everything I've purchased.

The way the necklace was packaged is simply stunning; everything about it is beautiful. I’ll definitely be placing another order soon!

I can't believe how let down I am, honestly. I knew the diamond would be small, but I figured the rope would be a bit sturdier. It feels like just two strands of thread! Talk about misleading advertising. I’m too embarrassed to even give it to my roommate, 'cause it’s just a total piece of junk.

Oh, and I almost forgot to mention, the packaging was this boring beige color, not the gorgeous red they flaunt on the website.

As I pointed out earlier, I was ready for a small diamond, but I never thought the bracelet would be held together by mere threads, and the packaging would be so unattractive.

This engraving is stunning. It brought my mom to tears, and she really appreciated how meaningful it was.

I really wish I had taken a look at the reviews prior to placing my order. The glowing 5-star ratings seem totally fabricated, as my experience aligns perfectly with those who gave it a single star (too bad there’s no option for a big fat ZERO). I bought two necklaces for Mother's Day, placing my order on April 27, with a promise of delivery in 5-7 business days. Here we are on May 9, and Mother's Day is just around the corner on May 14. I've reached out to the company four times already. I even commented on one of their Facebook ads, but they just deleted my comment and fed me some nonsense about my order possibly being missed. I sent them two emails and got no reply. When I tried the chat feature, they assured me my order would ship by May 12 'at the latest.' What a load of nonsense. I told them that even if it shipped on May 12, it wouldn’t arrive in time for Mother's Day. They insisted it would. Apparently, they think they have a Concorde at their disposal. In any case, this site feels like a scam. There’s no phone number to contact them either. I’m now on the hunt for other ways to deal with the fact that I’ve spent over $200 and have nothing to show for it. Update: Their response below is just a repeat of what I’ve already heard. Today, I got an email saying there were 'production issues' causing a delay of '2 or 3 days' and that my order would ship by 'May 12 at the latest.' This is the second time I’ve gotten that same message. Even if there’s a shred of truth to it, there’s no way I’d receive my order by Mother’s Day. Plus, the delay isn’t '2 or 3 days'; it’s been 3 weeks. I’m absolutely disgusted.

I’m really thrilled and impressed by how lovely this jewelry turned out. I got a delicate custom birthstone ring for myself and a black spinel necklace featuring a diamond drop for my mother-in-law. I believe she’s gonna be blown away by the craftsmanship.
